Our total liability for claims related to the site alone is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) except where law prohibits such limitation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
