Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xinexis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for claims related to the site alone is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) except where law prohibits such limitation.
